This map service shows the New Residential Development and Residential Additions and Remodels from the last quarter of 2018 to the present. The Tyler Munis data system was replaced with EnerGov software. The data included in the service allows developers, consultants and real estate agencies to see where development is taking place in and around the City of Gillette. This service has numerous types over many fields. Please refer to the data to find the appropriate information. The data pulled from EnerGov is stored here: \\ArcGIS\COGInfo\FromData\GIS Residential Permit Info.csv
Important fields in the service include, but are not limited to, PMPERMIT_NUMBER, ADDRESS, PMPERMITWORKCLASS_NAME, PMPERMITSTATUS_NAME, ISSUEDATE, COST, YEAR, QUARTER, QUARTERID, PARCELNUMBER and DESCRIPTION.
The Feature Classes have a definition query assigned:
Residential New Buildings EnerGove: PMPERMITWORKCLASS_NAME IN ('Manufactured Home- Private Lot', 'New Single Family Attached 1/2 Duplex', 'New Single Family Detached')
Residential Additions & Remodels EnerGov: PMPERMITWORKCLASS_NAME IN ('Addition', 'Alteration', 'Carport', 'Garage', 'New Basement Finish', 'Pole Barn-Shop Bldg', 'Shed')
