This map service shows the static historical New Commercial Development and Commercial Additions and Remodels from 2015 to 2018. The Tyler Munis data system was replaced with EnerGov software. The data included in the service allows developers, consultants and real estate agencies to see where development is taking place in and around the City of Gillette. This service has numerous types over many fields. Please refer to the data to find the appropriate information.

Important fields in the service include, but are not limited to, permit type, permit year, issue date, estimated cost, and permitted quarter.

The spatial views have no definition query in the map document.
