Service Description: This map shows geographic areas prone to or have a risk of flooding. Flood Zones are broken into three categories; 0.2% Annual Chance Food Hazard, 0.1% Annual Chance Flood Hazard and an Inundation Area, No Base Flood Elevations. The information is acquired from FEMA. It is a static map. For more current information, please visit https://msc.fema.gov/portal/home. There is no scale dependency set against any of the feature classes. The dataset is SDE.DBO.Hazards. The feature classes are SDE.DBO.haFloodElevation and SDE.DBO.haFloodZone.
This service has numerous types over many fields. Please refer to the data to find the appropriate information.
Important fields in the service include, but are not limited to, Section Label, Panel Number, ELEVATION, Flood Area ID, Flood Insurance Rate Map, Flood Zone, Floodway, Special Flood Hazard Area, County ID, State ID, and State Abbreviation along with ArcGIS standard fields.
Some Feature Classes have definition queries assigned:
