There is no scale dependency set against any of the feature classes. The dataset is SDE.DBO.CivicInformation. The feature class is SDE.DBO.ciCivicSite.
This service has numerous types over many fields. Please refer to the data to find the appropriate information.
Important fields in the service include, but are not limited to, Subtype Code, Organization Name, Feature Label, Full Address, Street Number, Street Name, On Fiber Map, Snow Priority, Critical Site, 6-2-32 Civic Site, and GIS Comment along with ArcGIS standard fields.
