Service Description: This map shows the geographic extents of development review areas. The development review areas include the Water DSA (Water Designated Service Area), the Secondary PIF (Secondary Plant Investment Fees) areas and the area designated by Wyoming Statute 34-12-103. Wyoming Statute 34-12-103 states that "any such plat of land adjacent to any incorporated city of town, or within one (1) mile of the boundaries of any such city of town, shall be jointly approved by both the board of county commissioners of said county and the governing body of said city or town before same shall be filed and recorded in the office of the county clerk as aforesaid." The area boundary established by Wyoming Statute 34-12-103 was defined by creating a one-mile buffer off the Municipal boundary feature class. An improvement district is funded by the District Support Grant Program, administered by the County Engineer with the Campbell County Department of Public Works. Funds for the program are used for a variety of improvements related to infrastructure. SDE.DBO.boImprovementDistrict and SDE.DBO.boWaterDSA. This service has numerous types over many fields. Please refer to the data to find the appropriate information. Important fields in the service include, but are not limited to DISTRICT_C, I_S_Name, Type, Notes Restriction Code 4, Restriction Description 4, Area Acres, Area Square Miles and GIS Comment along with ArcGIS standard fields. Some Feature Classes have definition queries assigned: Improvement District = LIFECYCLE = 'Active' Designated Service Area = LIFECYCLE = 'Active' There are no Related Tables associated with the feature class. There are no Database Views associated with this service. This service may include information regarding when data was acquired or created. Refer to the Source fields: Source Entity, Source Type and Source Date. To identify information regarding when data was last updated refer to the Last field: Last Update Date. It may include a Lifecycle field that can potentially contain abandoned, active, inactive, proposed, possible, and/or removed features. Additional information regarding the feature class name feature class can be found within the table, table name and uses the relationship class relationship class name. Some services have database views as well, and a service can have many types in it.
