Each city, county, or geographic area is divided up by address into precincts for assigning a polling place and gathering votes. A precinct can sometimes be called an election district or voting district https://www.usa.gov/voting-and-election-definitions. A ward is a territorial subdivision for electing members to a legislative body https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electoral_district. No scale is set against the feature classes but labeling is active. The dataset is SDE.DBO.Administration. The feature classes are SDE.DBO.aaPrecincts and SDE.DBO.aaWard. This service has numerous types over many fields. Please refer to the data to find the appropriate information.
Important fields in the service include, but are not limited to Precinct Name, Precinct Number, Voting Location, Ward Number, Ward Code, Ward Description, Ward Representative (1), Ward Representative (2), Incoming Ward Representative and GIS Comment along with ArcGIS standard fields.
