The future land use map is a community's visual guide to future planning. The future land use map should bring together most if not all the elements of the comprehensive plan such as natural resources, economic development, housing and transportation (https://www.uwsp.edu/cnr-ap/clue/Documents/Comprehensive_Planning/Land_Use_Resource_Guide_Chapter_7.pdf). The One-Mile Joint Planning Area (“Statutory Boundary”) is authorized by Wyoming Statute 34-12-103 as a one-mile radius extending from the City Limits, in which subdivision plats must be jointly approved by Campbell Count and the City of Gillette officials. Data is not guaranteed for accuracy and may be subject to revision at any time without notification. Individual property owners should contact the City of Gillette’s Engineering and Development Services Department with specific site questions. No scale is set against the feature classes but labeling is active. The dataset is SDE.DBO.Planning. The feature classes are SDE.DBO.plLanduseComp and SDE.DBO.plLanduseMixed.
